Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy of teenagers and the wisdom to become an educated woman. She's the ultimate example of today's women who do it all. She's a writer, health guru as well as a talk show host, and producer. Dancer and director. Comedienne and model. Most importantly, she's a mother and wife! The emotional weight gain made her be sick and unwell most of the time. Her parents, both aged in their 50s, and being afflicted by heart attacks or arthritis-related issues, passed away. She realized she needed to take responsibility for her own well-being. It wasn't about diets, it was to improve our health and find ways to improve how our bodies are designed to function.
