Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of 14. She studied kickboxing, boxing and wrestling prior to making her debut appearance as an amateur at WCFC in front of Jaimee Nievera. Ladd built on this victory and then went on to a three-fight victory streak in Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents inside the first round in each fight. Then, she went back to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen had already defeated Silvia Baeghian as well as Maddy Simmons, before taking the fight to Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen in the fight, beating her with a unanimous decision. Cynthia's records as a professional were damaged. Ladd bounced back from the defeat and beat Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to increase her record to 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC. Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via the first round TKO. Invicta Fighting Championships 16: Aspen won the following match in the fight against Amanda Cooper through a second-round Armbar submission. Aspen employed her impressive wrestler skills to knock down McGill and ended her fight via third-round TKO(elbows as well as punches). Aspen then went on to fight Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 with a weight at 138.1lb. Ladd was not capable of achieving the weight however Aspen was victorious and defeated Hoy with a TKO. Invicta FC 21, she took her victory in the final bout of the promotion by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She was a step ahead of Lina and ground-and-pounded her to pick up a second-round TKO victory. Ladd continued to dominate and scored an even impressive victory in her next match against Tonya Evinger, who was fighting at UFC 229. Ladd beat Evinger in the very first round and earned a reward for her performance during the evening. Her first major fight came with her next bout at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. The two fights were one of the most competitive fights that Ladd was victorious by a majority decision. Both fighters received their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd in 16-seconds to break her losing streak. Yana Knitskaya in the UFC 7 ESPN 7's third round, was defeated by Randamie. For a replacement last minute for her UFC match, she faced Norma Dumont during UFC Fight Night 195. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
