CharliTito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz is his birth name. He lived in Huntington Beach until he moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is half Mexican from his paternal lineage. His father was Sam Ortiz and he gave him the nickname Tito. Both of his parents were heroin addicts that made it difficult for him to develop. He was also in the gangs. He also took cocaine as well as other drugs. When he was a kid, he was sent to the juvenile halls. He was 13 when his parents divorced. He went to Huntington Beach High School, where he played wrestling. When he was 18 years old, his mother exiled him.
